Wang Nai-hsien, vice-director of the Taiwan Cross-Straits Exhibition Association in Xiamen, East China's Fujian province, starts her day by working with her colleague on several of the latest exhibitions. In 1996, at the age of 10, Wang came to Xiamen with her father, a businessman from Taiwan. She was then guided to numerous activities organized by Taiwan business associations and, over the next few years, visited many mainland cities. Wang decided to start up her own business after graduating from college in 2009, and conferencing and exhibitions, the emerging industry in Xiamen, was her choice. [Photo/xmnn.cn]
