Professionals from Silicon Valley recently visited Xiamen, East China's Fujian province to seek investment for a series of high-tech practical solutions which they have recently developed. 

The eight solutions, which involve an array of technologies such as voice interaction and nursing robots, drew the attention of over 20 Xiamen-based venture capital enterprises, including Xiamen Hi-tech Angel Investment Co, Xiamen Haixi Venture Capital Co, and Xiamen Septwolves Venture Capital Co. 

In addition to introducing their products and sharing start-up experiences, the Silicon Valley presenters also took suggestions from investors and learned about Xiamen's preferential policies for high-end professionals. 

The solutions are expected to be implemented in the city in the near future. 

This is the third time the investment forum has been held. In its first two years, the event brought 23 high-end solutions to Xiamen, while this year's event, which concluded in September, is expected to introduce as many as 12.
