The 28th China Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival, the most prestigious film festival in China, kicked off in Xiamen, a coastal city in East China's Fujian province, on Nov 19. The festival will run for five days and end on Nov 23. Nineteen awards will be given out for best picture, best director, best actor, and best actress.
