A new round-trip flight from Xiamen, a coastal city in East China's Fujian province, to Sihanoukville, Cambodia was launched on Sept 23.
Operated by Xiamen Airlines, flight MF8675/6 will travel between Xiamen and Sihanoukville every day. It departs from Xiamen at 13:00 and from Sihanoukville at 20:00, and is the third round-trip flight to link Xiamen and Cambodia. It will help Xiamen establish a complete international flight network throughout Southeast Asia.
Sihanoukville, which sits on the southwest coast of Cambodia, is Cambodia's largest and busiest seaport, as well as the country's only special economic zone. The new flight will make travel between Xiamen and Sihanoukville much more convenient and help promote cooperation between Xiamen and countries along the Belt and Road.
