The Xiamen Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration recently implemented 22 measures to support high-tech, high-growth and high-added value enterprises recognized by the city government.

The taxation bureau of Xiamen's Xiang'an district took the initiative to guide enterprises to the relevant policies, which protect their legitimate overseas rights and interests.

Xiamen Longstar Lighting Co Ltd, for example, mainly sells its products to North America and Europe. In 2018, the company's tax rebate rate increased from 13 to 16 percent, and its value-added tax burden was cut by 2 percent, which led to a record-high sales revenue of over 1 billion yuan ($142 million).

The company also enjoys the green tax service channel, with the monthly tax refund being completed within five working days.
