Lin has a habit of taking notes. Each time after reading or rehearsing, he writes down confusing words in his notebook.

"The pronunciation of the southern Fujian dialect is much more complex than that of Mandarin, let alone the combination of onomatopoeic words and rhymes," said Lin.

Lin once was a traffic police officer. In order to be able to inherit dazuigu, he quit his job in 2016.

Lin has spent a lot of time thinking about how to promote dazuigu and get more young people interested in it.
