The exhibition is a part of the Jimei youth film exhibition, a supporting activity of the Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival, which is celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
"Different from other picture exhibitions, this exhibition not only uses pictures but also videos to show scenes from films and television works, which is more vivid and interesting," said Huang Shixian after she visited the exhibition.
Huang, who has a doctorate in cinematography from Taiwan's Fu Jen Catholic University, noted that Jimei district has unique natural scenery and cultural deposits, and the district has issued a series of policies to support the film and television industry, which is very attractive to filmmakers from Taiwan.
