A picture exhibition featuring the culture and tourism of the Philippines took place in Xiamen, East China's Fujian province, May 31.

The exhibition was organized by the Philippines consulate-general in Xiamen, the UNESCO National Commission of the Philippines and Xiamen's Minnan Ancient Town.

The event is aimed at promoting the world heritages in the Philippines and sharing the country's rich historical and cultural attractions with the people of Xiamen.

The exhibition will last until June 14.
