The second China International Artificial Intelligence (AI) Retail Industry Expo is set to kick off in Xiamen, East China's Fujian province on May 30, local media reported.

More than 100 retail relevantenterprises from home and abroad, such as Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Corp, and Intel Corp, will showcase their latest products in the event' s 15,000-square-meter exhibition area of the event.

On the sideline of the expo, the 2019 Global Smart Retail Conference and six other forums will be held to discuss the great changes facing the worldwide retail industry in the new era.

The three-day event is expected to attract more than 30,000 visitors, including delegations from more than 10 countries and regions including Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
