Xiamen Sci-tech Innovation Park covers a total planned area of about 4.9 square kilometers and is designed as a modern high-quality sci-tech park for offices, R&D and other supporting purposes. The starting zone has an area of 229,200 square meters and a construction area of about 430,000 square meters, including eight high-rise office buildings, commercial clubhouses, recreational facilities, businesses and accessory facilities around the reservoir. The Phase I project includes two 18-storey office buildings and a waterside plaza with a total area of about 66,000 square meters.
