Situated in the northeastern part of Xiamen Island, Xiamen Aviation Industrial Zone is a part of Xiamen International Aviation City and covers an area of 1.64 square kilometers. Its northeastern part faces the sea and its western part lies close to the Fuxia Highway and Airport Highway. The zone is only six km away from Fuxia Expressway and eight km away from downtown; it thus boasts very convenient transportation. 

The Residential Zone, with an area of 1.47 sq km, is located in the southeastern part of the Aviation Industrial Zone with its northeastern part facing the sea.
